The Volvo S60 and V60 Recharge are powered by a plug-in hybrid system that combines the best elements from a gasoline engine and an electric powertrain. One of the attributes of this system is the fuel economy that is possible. Indeed, the S60 Recharge can achieve a fuel consumption as low as 7.0L / 100 km on the highway and 8.4L / 100 km in the city, with a combined figure of 7.8 L / 100 km.
